The tracks a super smooth Tomy powered by
batteries with power supply back up. Plenty of
juice to power you down the long straights and
help you fly through the sweeping turns. Make
sure you set up for those tight corners though.
There aren't many but they can bite you.
8:59AM on the 14th, the cars will be lined up and at 9:00 the track
goes on. Each team will run an hour per lane and at the end of each
the track will shut off only long enough to record each teams laps
(usually less than a minute) then back on so you better make those
lane changes quick.
Teams must run the entire race with the same chassis and magnets
they start with. All other parts, including the body, may be changed
at the teams discretion. Arms must be teched before they are
installed in your car.
Each Team MUST have one member at the track at all times to
marshal. Any team not adhering to this rule will receive a warning
and possible lap(s) penalty. At the end of 12 lanes, the laps will be
added and a winner announced.  90% of entries will go towards the
purse and 10% will go to our host to help cover expenses.
Depending on the number of teams, up to the top 4 teams will
receive a cash payout.
It is recommended that each Team have at least 4 members. Race
rotation will be determined once the number of Teams is
determined. Teams are solely responsible for making sure they are
in their proper lanes. Laps ran in an improper lane will not be
counted.
